Following the resounding success of last weeks RasGas Pro Am Golf Tournament and associated Charity Gala Dinner, RasGas employees and their families enjoyed a day of fun and friendly competition at Doha Golf Club recently when they participated in the 2008 annual RasGas Classic Golf Tournament.
The competition, which took place across both the 18-hole Championship and

Other winners on the day included Byron Clancey, Charles Jones, and Sharon Swartz who walked away with the top accolades for the B-flight, C-flight and ladies competition respectively.
A scramble for the junior players was also held on the Academy course.
Speaking during the prize giving ceremony at the end of the day, Tom Mc Hale, RasGas Golf Committee Chairman and RasGas Finance Group Manager, said:"The RasGas Classic Golf Tournament is the last in a series of four exciting events that allow RasGas to recognise the contribution our customers, suppliers and key stakeholders make to RasGas and which also allows the company to raise funds for very a deserving local charity. I am delighted that so many of my colleagues have participated in the competition today and I look forward to the continued success of this unique annual event."
